Two very important factors are to be taken into consideration, the 1st one is that there is a possibility to build villas on the rest of the land owned by the hotel.

The second factor being that the hotel has been granted further planning permission to create another 136 bedroom suites which would make it a very big hotel in excess of 225 bedroom most of them being suites.
